I wanted to share what the Swim & Dive Team did for Senior Night! We had 7 seniors, and gifted them with a beach towel embroidered with ‘Class of 2024′ and their name, a navy hat embroidered with Swim/Dive and FP logo, a framed picture of the team, a $25 amazon gift card, some swedish fish candy in a lined wicker basket from JoAnn Fabrics, and an individual vinyl banner made by Mr. Nanns at the school with the athlete’s picture, name and senior night date. We collected $85 from each senior parent. We also had a parent make cupcakes and some fruit/veggie cups for during and after meet. Each senior had an underclassman give a small speech about them including their parents’ names, how long they’ve been doing the sport, any special accomplishments in the sport, their favorite memory and then the underclassman’s favorite memory of that senior.
